Thank you for visiting www.currybox.lk (“website”, “site” ) or our mobile application (“app”) and our
Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions").
These are the general terms and conditions on which we supply our products ("Meals") to you.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website and the App operated by
“Curry Box” a Trade Name of VC Capital (Pvt) Ltd ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these
Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access our website / app or use the

You will be requested to create an account on the site or app before subscribing to our services and you
will need to create your username and password for your account. You are responsible for all actions
taken under your chosen username and password. By placing an order through the site or app, you
(a)you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
(b)at all the details you provide are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects;
(c)you are at least 18 years old;
(d)you are resident and/or require delivery to the Area;
(e)to notify us of any changes to your account information;
(f)not to disclose your password to anyone and to make every effort to keep your password safe;
(g)to notify us if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission; and
(h)any and all of the Meals ordered by you is for your personal use only and not for resale.
If you have any medical conditions which affect your meal requirements (e.g. allergies, intolerances and
certain illnesses), you must mention your preferences and keep our customer service team informed of
the circumstances that apply and the medical advice received. If you choose to use our Services, you do
so at your own risk.
After subscribing to our Services on the Site or app, you will receive an email/sms acknowledging that we
have received your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when your payment has been
debited and confirmed receipt of your order by email/sms.
Your subscription meal plans.
The meal plan fee for the number of days selected will be charged at the activation of the subscription
plan. Your subscription plan would not be auto renewed and you will be notified via SMS and email at
the end of the existing plan period. You can reactivate your subscription via our app or website if you
wish to continue our services.
Images of the meals
The images of the Meals on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly
from their pictures.
Product packaging of the Meals may vary from that shown in images on our Site.
If you wish to make a change to the Services/meals, you have ordered please contact us via
Orders can be placed through our app or website at any time on any day. The order will need to be
placed by 10AM if you would like your CurryBox to arrive for lunch on the same day. Orders placed after
10AM can be scheduled to be delivered from the following day onward.
If you make the order after 10AM but require lunch on the same day, it can be picked up from our
kitchen at 503 Union Pl, Colombo 2 prior to 2.30 PM.
1.Delivery Time –All Meal deliveries (Quick and subscription plan) shall be made between the
hours of 11.00 AM – 1.30 PM
2.Pick Up time – All pick up orders (Quick and subscription plan) can be collected from 11.00 AM
to 2.30 PM from No 503, Union Place, Colombo 02
Delivery orders are accepted from Colombo 1-15 only. Curry Box may not be able to deliver orders to
locations beyond Colombo city limits

estimated delivery time as stated.
Cancelling your subscription.
If you wish to cancel your subscription to our Services, you need to email us at email@example.com or
contact us via 0112 675 575
You would not be eligible for any monetary refunds once the subscription begins or the orders are
placed. However, we would be pleased to offer alternatives to refunds, by allowing you to reschedule the
delivery of your order.
Ending the contract
We may end the contract for a meal subscription at any time by informing you if:
(a) you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the Meals to you due to unavailability of
access or incorrect information provided; or
(b) for any reason at our sole discretion.

Prices and payments
The price of the Meals (which includes VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you
placed your order. Payments are accepted with credit and debit cards.
We reserve the right to increase the price of the meals/services to reflect any increase in the cost to us
due to factors beyond our control.
